What if I want to charge my order to a cost center?

If you are a leader and ordering for your department of 24 or more items please use your department charge code during checkout. If you’re ordering less than 24 items a credit card is required for your purchase. If your department is less than 24 and at no time you will be ordering more than 24 items per order please reach out via the contact us page.

 

Can I purchase single quantities of items?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a wide selection of single items including apparel and select hats and bags. When shopping, select the “single piece apparel, single piece bags and single piece headwear” options to find these items. Hard goods such as bottles and journals have higher minimums and must be purchased in a bulk order. We are happy to assist with bulk orders of hard goods, Contact Us.

 

How do I use my store credit?

Store credits can be applied at the final payment page of an order by entering the store credit code and clicking “apply.” The store credit amount can cover product, shipping or tax. Your credit will not expire, and any remaining balance can be used for a future purchase. If your code does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to enter credit card information to pay for the remaining amount due. You can apply multiple codes to an order.

 

How long will my order take? 

Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered. Rush options are available. If you need a rush, we recommend that you Contact Us to confirm the timeline and any additional cost.

 

What if I’m not seeing what I’m looking for on the company store?

You can send us suggestions for items you'd like to see in the Contact Us section.

 

What if the item I purchased is out of stock?

If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and will refund you. We will reach out via email to alert you of which item(s) are not available. We will also refund any related tax and shipping.

 

I would like to order something with my department name on it. What should I do if I don’t see it?
